Capsule Kit

100 Black cohosh Capsules  
100 Dong quai Capsules  
100 Red Clover Capsules  

Suggested dosage:  
1 capsule of each herb morning, afternoon and evening (i.e. a total of 9 capsules per day). Try to take the herbs with fresh orange juice whenever possible, as vitamin C aids nutrient absorption. Try to avoid normal tea and coffee for at least half an hour before and after taking (as both inhibit nutrient absorption).




Tincture Kit

100ml Black cohosh tincture  
100ml Dong quai tincture  
100ml Red Clover tincture  

Suggested dosage:  
15 - 25 drops of each tincture morning, afternoon and evening, if possible in a glass of fresh orange juice. Try to avoid normal tea and coffee for at least half an hour before and after taking the herbs (as both inhibit nutrient absorption).



Please note: Both Dong quai and Red Clover contain chemicals that may reduce the blood's ability to form clots. When taken together, they can increase the risk of bleeding. You may want to ask your healthcare provider about this potential interaction if you think you are having problems.
